I can confirm that this is happening with marble on debian, version
4:15.08.1+dfsg-2

I agree that this is a disturbing set of choices to make, and i don't know why
i'm being asked to make them as a user.  At the point where i need to enter a
password for marble, i'll be happy to let it use wallet (or any other
secret-providing service).  But on normal boot, this question shouldn't come
up.
