Patch to load the gettext catalog

KDE version of Marble in KF5 master + 15.08 does not load any translation
catalog, neither the gettext catalog marble nor the qt catalog marble_qt from
the library.

Patch to load the gettext catalog attached, 

You have to use ecm_create_qm_loader(marblewidget_SRCS marble_qt)
in the library src/lib/marble/CMakeList.txt to load the second qt catalog
