Open Marble. Open the "Tours" panel. Click on "New Tour". Add a new FlyTo item.
Click on the option to edit that item. You will not be able to make any changes
in the "Wait duration" portion. But it is possible to make such changes for all
other items, even when the first FlyTo item is not the very first item in the
tour
