Hello,

I have built marble from sources and for some reason some of the place names
have letters missing.

For example: Istanbul appears as: stanbul

This bug appears in the Marble App as well as my own App with an embedded
marblewidget.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Marble App or my own App
2. Browse to a location like Istanbul
3. Observe the missing letter, get: stanbul
