Add bookmarks form shows Position in decimal degrees whereas Edit bookmarks
form shows Position in degrees, minutes, decimal seconds (in 3 separate
fields).

Expected Results:  
Use the same unit format throughout, preferably specified under settings.

Being able to switch between the formats on the fly would be really useful if
transcribing data to/from other programs.
