plasma-desktop (4.12.2) on KDE Platform 4.12.90 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Started Kubuntu 14.04 after plasma-desktop had crashed.
Plasma crashes immediately upon login.

Renamed /usr/lib/kde4/plasma_applet_worldclock.so to
/usr/lib/kde4/plasma_applet_worldclock.so.BAKUP (because i don't know how to
uninstall applets from the commandline) and this allowed me to start plasma.
