Sure! We can only ship stuff in it's preferred form of modification. So, even
if the PDF is under a FLOSS license, we don't have access to the sources.

IIRC the same applies for KDE doc, but I might be wrong. Anyway, just adding
the LaTeX code for it would be enough.
