It seems that a segment (of measurement tool) is only drawn when both end
points are in the visible area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add two measurement points at a large distance from each other.
2. Zoom in to the center of the segment, until both of its ends are outside of
Marble window.
Actual Results:  
The segment disappears.

Expected Results:  
Segment should be drawn.
