In the fact sheet for each city, the state in which the city located, is not
displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Atlas Map view.
2. Click on any city. 
Actual Results:  
The state of the city in the factsheet table remains blank.

Expected Results:  
Either the field should be removed or correct information should be read from
the site - geonames.org.
