Hello Illya,

I'm absolutly shure, that I don't have ffmpeg/avconv installed on my Windows
system. But if it is needed you should:
1. Add a warning if it is not installed and someone tries to record a movie.
2. Add ffmpeg/avconv to the Windows installer of marble, as it is not as commen
as on a Linux system, that it is installed.
