It is impossible to export or print a map larger than the area shown in marbles
window.
It is impossible to export or print a map at a certain scale (aka 1:25000 or
1:50000).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install marble, then go to any place in the world available.
2. Select "File -> Print …" or "File -> Export …"

There is no way to select the area to export/print and no way to select the
scale to export or print at.
Actual Results:  
No way to select the area to export/print and no way to select the scale to
export or print at.

Expected Results:  
There should be a way to define the area to export/print and a way to select
the scale.

Maybe this was not found to be really necessary, but it would be quite
convenient if you need parts of a map offline and without carrying a laptop or
smart device with you. Maybe because there is no electricity around maybe it's
because of weight.
