System Information change to System Settings

Two possible reasons to not see the KWallet dialog:

KWallet is not enabled -> enable it in System Settings
or
Policy for Marble on Access Control tab is "Always Deny"

"If you erroneously configured an application not to use the KDE KWallet
Manager delete the policy for this application here."
