[Marble-bugs] Development

I have gone through to the GoMarble Documentation and want to develop for
marble. kindly mention the knowledge of the programming languages
 required(anything other than c++ , qt?) and  their level ( basic or
advanced knowledge) :) . itll be an honour for me to contribute to marble
 and i want to go ahead of just doing junior jobs :) . please help me
