The commits 6807b7a remove unused declarative MapTheme
and d7e9f1d remove unused declarative MapThemeManager::mapThemes()
broke src/examples/qml/explore/explore.qml

Generally I think it's not sane to determine that parts of the library are
unused based on the marble binaries alone. Undocumented refactorings without
any deprecation or migration plans scare away library users.
