The Boundaries layer needs to be updated with borders of new states:
Montenegro, Kosovo (this one is disputed by some states) and most recent South
Sudan. Changes already appeared in OSM. Maybe it would be good to introduce
some special mark for contested boundaries like Kosovo or India/Pakistan.
