Jammu and Kashmir as displayed in Indian official maps

The file attached provides indian country borders for Marble which should match
those in Indian official maps.

We suggest that you replace the file "PDIFFBORDER.PNT" in your Marble
installation with this file. 

Please provide feedback whether this fixes the issue.
