Hi Nagesh

If you are talking about the  J&K region being reversed, my comparison with the
standard maps do not result in any reversal. It only looks odd due to improper 
international boundary in that region. 
I again recommend you to discuss this issue further on OpenStreetMap mailing 
lists.
