Hi Nagesh

The OpenStreetMaps in Marble are downloaded from the OSM servers only.
We do not officially support google maps. The theme you are using should have 
been derived from OSM as a base map.

As per my knowledge, the boundaries in OSM map of India is based on some 
public available census/survey data which obviously doesn't contain information
about the disputed region. 
I would recommend you to discuss this issue further on 
talk-in at openstreetmap.org
