After resizing a window containing the marble widget, the LatLonAltBox changed
but the related signal is not emitted

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect to the signal visibleLatLonAltBoxChanged
2.Resize a window containing the widget
Actual Results:  
the signal is not emitted

Expected Results:  
the signal should have been emitted
