The offline data list is very slow and feels sluggish when scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to Preferences->Data Management->Offline Data
2) Scroll the list

Actual Results:  
The list is very slow and feels sluggish.

Expected Results:  
The list is lightening fast.
