master can't currently be built under Maemo because the "feature_summary" macro
for cmake is not found.

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:369 (feature_summary):
  Unknown CMake command "feature_summary".

BTW: Where in Bugzilla can I select "Maemo"?


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot with latest master
Actual Results:  
cmake aborts

Expected Results:  
cmake should finish successfully
