This is a general accuracy problem of the weather stations which has its origin
in the BBC weather data: The precision of the weather stations' coordinates is
too low. This is not much a problem for the BBC websites (they don't display
the exact location of the stations, just a map of the area around), but looks
strange in Marble.

Since we ship the location list with Marble, we could improve the situation by
replacing the coordinates with more accurate ones. Given that there are more
than 4000 stations, this needs to be done semi-automatically. It should be
doable with a script or small utility that combines a search engine (like OSM
namefinder) and the station name.
