This may be a duplicate of bug 263753, which will be fixed in the next version.

To verify this, can you please attach the saved route to this bug report? It is
stored as /home/user/MyDocs/.local/share/marble/routing/route.kml. You can
connect your N900 via USB and open the (hidden)
.local/share/marble/routing/route.kml from the mounted N900.

When you delete that file, Marble should start up fine.
