Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0)

When listening to music in Amarok 2.4.3 and panning map with mouse so that it
starts to fetch new data from server, music gets slightly distorted and
garbled. Phonon backend is GStreamer 4.5.1. 
Verified that problem is in Marble by trying SMPlayer which reproduced problem
and then by panning picture in Gwenview while listening to Amarok, which didn't
reproduce problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- start playing music in KDE, seemingly in any application
- pan map in Mable by grabbing with mouse

Actual Results:  
- audio gets slightly garbled

Expected Results:  
- audio should play as normal

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0-CHAKRA
Compiler: gcc
