Applications are endless, e.g. turn N900 into electronic guide using Marble w/o
requiring internet access.

Reproducible: Didn't try


Actual Results:  
Wikipedia plugin requires internet access before Wikipedia items are shown.

Expected Results:  
Wikipedia plugin uses offline data for showing Wikipedia items. In particular,
there should be an "download region" feature similar to the tile data.
