That would be cool, but URL only would not be enough, it also needs at least
"maximumTileLevel" parameter.

Maybe a wizard, that allows to specify at least:
0) Name
1) Target (earth)
2) A list of downloadUrls
3) maximumTileLevel
4) expire time for tiles
5) all the things i missed in this list

And it will be cool if it could render an icon based on the zero level.
Because even osm and plain map now have icons, that do not correspond to zero
level view.
