Since PR1.3 update GPS is not available in Marble. Navigation panel has
dropdown box in 'current location' menu greyed out, and below that a message
states "no position tracking plugin installed".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run Marble on an N900 running PR1.3

Actual Results:  
GPS tracking is unavailable

Expected Results:  
GPS tracking is available
