Its not necessarily true that you will need to recompile 4.6 after trying
Marble with 4.5. You can download the standalone SDK that does not affect or
alter your path in any way, then through a combination of setting your QTDIR
and your PATH you can get CMake to find the 4.5 install of Qt

Just make sure that you put the path to the 4.5 dir first in the QTDIR and PATH
variables and then CMake should pick out the right Qt.
