Help plugin EsLint on Kate text editor

I have a JavaScript project with Typescript and ESlint, but the Kate text
editor gives me an error, indicating that it cannot locate the eslint
configuration file, eslint.config.js, when in fact the file exists in the
project.
Could you please help me to configure Kate's EsLint plugin so that it can
recognize the eslint configuration file.
