for me, this is an awareness problem ;)
If it doesn't duplicate functionality we already have in KDevelop, I 
think it's a no-brainer to load these. Feel free to open a MR with a set 
of plugins you'd like to have.

If it does duplicate with what's in KDevelop, it might be worth 
considering whether we can remove / disable-by-default the KDevelop 
functionality.

As said in master config pages and toolviews are broken, but that's 
fixed in the LSP MR.
