Bug or feature ? Edited project-generated targets are saved

They could get a "generated" flag in their configuration ?
Having them not read-only, but not saved would be also Ok for me, maybe 
actually better. When necessary, I (as a user)  could change the number for "-
j" temporarily, or add a "-k" or stuff like that.
