Hi,
I don't think we should drop printing as it is useful.
I tried to fix some bugs and I don't see any obvious faults in the last
test pdfs I did.
If the stuff mentioned below still happens with 24.08 that should just
be reported as bugs.
The stuff beside 1) could be Kate bugs. For the settings I am not sure.
