Trying to use break point in Kate Text Editor

Hello again
I got the debugger working locally by deleting the debugger target, restarting
Kate and recreating the debug target. It seems like semi-recent changes have
broken the reading of old configurations.
Remember that you also need to "start" the debug session before you can set
breakpoints.
