Failed to compile kate on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.

Hi Kate Team,

On Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS, based on the guidance here [1], I tried with
the exactly same steps to build kate, and failed at the following
step:

$ kdesrc-build --initial-setup
Can't locate ksb.pm in @INC (you may need to install the ksb module)
(@INC contains: ../../projects/kde/src/kdesrc-build/ /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0
/usr/local/share/perl/5.30.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.30
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30
/usr/share/perl/5.30 /usr/local/lib/site_perl
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base) at
/home/werner/.local/bin/kdesrc-build line 80.

Any hints for this problem will be highly appreciated.
