My build of Kate seems not use my build of KIO

I am not aware that we deviate from the way e.g. Dolphin builds.

But if we do something strange in the CMake stuff and you see the 
difference
to Dolphin, please point it out, we for sure want to be consistent.

Thought for me locally it normally seems to work as it should.
