Lost the core settings.

Hello The Team KDE developers,
  Thanks for creating such an amazing code editor for the developers. I am Linux user for the last couple of months now. And I loved Kate as my primary code editor for the software development.

Problem:-
The Problem is that I lost my upper-section   tool bar because of that reason I am not be able to use the Kate Code Editor perfectly.

I hope that the team of the Kate team will help me out.
