Kate argument hint

Hello.
I have a question. But I didn't find anywhere to ask about it.
I'm a bit new to Kate. I've read about the features on the website and it
says Kate has an argument Hint. So it should show me the arguments when I
open the parenthesis after a function (I've checked for python). But it
doesn't do so. I used to work with the Geany editor, and it works. Is it a
bug, or something? Or is there not such a feature?
