21.08 branched

Hi,

the 21.08 release branch was created for KDE Gear.

Keep in mind: bug fixes needs backporting now to be in 21.08.

New features should go to master only.

Now is the time to try out new cool stuff there,
given we have some months until the next release
shows up to give them a test drive.

Btw., thanks to all that provided patches to Kate & Co.,
I am really happy that we have now a nice stream of contributions!
