Hi kate devs,

Where are the KTE/kate/syntax repos nowadays? Have they been migrated to
the new location? (I recall that KDE community has some new location for
that).

PS. It became impossible for me to stay w/ kate from KDE (and python
plugins support), so I've migrated to the latest version and see some bugs
I want to fix and maybe port some of my other plugins to kate 5.

PSS. Is there any guide about kate plugins migration?
