Issue on win10

Hello,
I use Kate editor on win 10 file, but if I tried to open file from file manager I received this error:

[cid:image001.png at 01D5D104.257E82A0]

But I am administrator and for whole folder/file I have permissions to edit all files.

Is it any recommendation from your side?
