Release version

Hi folks,

Just went to
https://binary-factory.kde.org/view/Windows%2064-bit/job/Kate_Release_win64/ to
check if there has been a new release for Windows. And I was sure excited
to see kate-19.08.1-607-windows-msvc2017_64-cl.exe. But it appears that
after installing this, "About Kate" still shows version 17.08.1. So is this
version "19.08.1-607", just a change in the numbering scheme?
