REVISION SUMMARY
  **Changes:**
  
  - Replace some unnecessary RegExpr rules with other rules.
  - Use non-capturing groups in some regular expressions.
  - Add `##Modelines` in comments.
  - Add folding for multi-line comments, add attribute `region` in element `<comment>`.
  - Add `column` atributte in some rules.
