REVISION SUMMARY
  - missing `foreach` and `end`
  - fix folding with `if (expr) cmd`
  - missing != with `[ ... ]`
  - rules for arithmetic comparison
  - add dsControlFlow style
  - `[[ ... ]]` does not exists
