TEST PLAN
  - Enable Preview Plugin
  - Create a split view, one e.g. Markdown, one plain text file
  - Ensure preview is not locked
  - Click between the views 1-2 times
  - When on the view with the Markdown file, close the view -> crash, or not with this patch
