REVISION SUMMARY

  - Value Keyword
  - Color
  - Number
  - Unit
  
  Improvements and fixes (same as CSS):
  
  - number in scientific notation: `12.3e3`
  - fix color (`#aabbccaabbcc` does not exist)
  - keywords: use <include>...##CSS rather than an individual lists
