REVISION SUMMARY
  - fix #| (previous untranslated string)
  - fix hexadecimal entity
  - fix html tag in `a < b`
  - use <keyword> rather than <RegExpr/StringDetect> for auto-completion
  - string without " at the end of the line is an error
  - # followed by something other than " |:.," is an extension
