kate-editor.org upgrade

Hi,

kate-editor.org is now like my personal page a hugo powered thing.

Unlike before, one can just add new posts via git, the repo is at the 
moment
at:

https://invent.kde.org/cullmann/kate-editor.org

but might move at a better place on kde infrastructure.

The repo contains the full page, all things.

That means: all people with a contributor account can now help to 
improve the
page (and it is 100% privacy protecting, no cookies that track you, no 
external resources
pulled in).

planet.kde.org will aggregate the stuff from there as "Kate News", like 
Krita does that.

You can do local preview by just running the server.sh in the toplevel 
folder.
