Hello,

I need a script to check if the opened files have a certain encoding, like
UTF-8, then to set a specific code-page and encode them to UTF-8, save them
if converted, preferably depending on the file extension.
I did this in Python for my notepad++.
I try to understand Kate's functionality in this regard.
Where are the scripts found in Tools/Scripts?
I have expected to be true scripts somewhere on a path, but turns out they
are not.
Are they packed or included in some binary?
