After a look at arcanist, I hate it. Tons of PHP dependencies? Thanks, no.

The docu regarding the web way is still cloudy for me. No exact advice how to
generate these raw diff. So I just uploaded now the first patch file, seams to 
work somehow. 

Can't see there how to add the noted screen shots.

I choose "visible to nobody", what sounds a little stupid. So, I guess they mean 
nobody other than kate-guys.

Fine, will see what happens next.
