KSyntaxHighlighter license change to MIT

Hi there!


It was brought to my attention that you're trying to get everyone on
board with changing license of KSyntaxHighlighter to MIT at
https://phabricator.kde.org/T9455.

I'm not the biggest fan of dropping copyleft, but I won't stand in the way.

So I, Sebastian Pipping, hereby approve of re-licensing any
KSyntaxHighlighter code that I contributed, to MIT.

If that doesn't suffice, please let me know.
